Full storage disks
To avoid losing any data and to be able to fix any problem, we back up our servers regularly. But those backups take up space: at 12:45 AM, our storage disks were full, and the servers stopped.
Diagnosis and fix
We identified the problem at 10:45 AM and started fixing it right away. The changes were in place at 12:30 PM, and the server was back online at 12:45 PM.
We know this outage was frustrating. We did our best to fix it as quickly as possible, and we’ll keep you informed of the steps we take so it doesn’t happen again.
