We would like to address the outage that occurred on Saturday, August 17th at 12:45 AM, which made our game servers inaccessible for nearly 12 hours.

Storage Disks Saturation

As you know, we regularly back up our servers to prevent data loss and ensure the resolution of all technical issues. However, at 12:45 AM, our servers experienced a failure due to the saturation of our storage disks.

Diagnosis and Resolution

We diagnosed the issue at 10:45 AM and immediately started working on a solution. The necessary changes were made at 12:30 PM, allowing the server to be operational again at 12:45 PM.

We understand that some of you were frustrated by not being able to play during this period. We assure you that we did our best to handle this problem as quickly as possible and will continue to keep you informed of our future actions to prevent similar incidents.
