Server functions (Cloudflare Workers) run in the European Union and the Site\'s data is stored in a Cloudflare database located in the European Union. Terms of use

Using the Site implies full acceptance of these terms, which may be changed at any time. The Site is normally available at all times; interruptions for maintenance may occur, and BS Studio will try to inform users. All sales are governed by the Terms of Sale, and participation on the server by the rules.

Services

The Site presents the Athena Adventure server and its activities. Information is given for guidance only, is not exhaustive and may change without notice. BS Studio strives to keep it up to date but cannot be held liable for omissions or inaccuracies.

Limitation of liability

BS Studio declines all liability for inaccuracies or omissions on the Site, for damage resulting from fraudulent manipulation of information by third parties, and for any direct or indirect damage related to access to or use of the Site. These limits do not apply in case of gross or intentional misconduct, or personal injury caused to a consumer.

Interactive areas (forms, etc.) may be moderated: BS Studio may delete without notice any content contrary to French law, in particular insulting, defamatory, racist or pornographic content, and may hold its author liable.

Intellectual property

BS Studio owns the intellectual property rights, or holds the rights of use, over all elements of the Site: texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software. Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation is prohibited and constitutes infringement, prosecuted under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Athena Adventure is not affiliated with, nor approved by, Mojang AB or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB.

Personal data

The data controller is BS Studio, represented by Mr Baptiste SAVE (details above). Processing is governed by French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). No data is published, exchanged or sold to third parties, and no marketing is carried out using this data.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, which you can exercise at dpo@bs-studio.fr, and you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr/fr/plaintes). Details are in the privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

The Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure audience and performance. In its current configuration, no cookie requiring consent is set. See the cookie policy. Some technical providers, including the host, a US-law company, may need to process some data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by law.
